Phase two:
• grasshopper is taken away again in the table, be broken 1 legs
front, and then hands beats table right behind the locust it while screaming "jump!".
• The locust jump as far as 1.5 meters.
Phase three:
• is taken away again in the table, be broken 1 legs
front again, then hands beats a table right in the back
locust while screaming that "jump!".
• The locust jump as far as 1 meter.
Phase four:
• grasshopper is taken away again in the table, be broken 1 legs
middle again, then hands beats a table right in the back
locust while screaming that "jump!".
• The locust jump as far as 45 centimeters.
Phase five:
• grasshopper is taken away again in the table, be broken 1 legs
next to the middle again, then right hand on the table beats
back of the grasshopper while screaming "jump!".

Phase six:

THE FOOLISH DOG

A dog once took a large piece of meat from a butcher's shop. The butcher did not give it to him. He took it him self. He stole it.
The bad dog ran away with the meat between his teeth. He ran quickly, because he did not want the butcher to catch him and take the meat away from him
On his way he came to a river. He went near it and looked into the water. Of course he saw him self there with the piece of meat in his mouth.
But he did not say (know) "that is myself in the water". Oh, no! He said to himself "That is another dog with a nice piece of meat. I want that meat and I will have it too.
He opened his mouth to take the other piece of meat. Of course, when he did so the piece of meat fell into the river, and so instead of two pieces, the foolish dog got none.

Classroom management is a term used by teachers to describe the process of ensuring that classroom lessons run smoothly despite disruptive behavior by students. The term also implies the prevention of disruptive behavior. It is possibly the most difficult aspect of teaching for many teachers and indeed experiencing problems in this area causes some to leave teaching altogether. In 1981 the US National Educational Association reported that 36% of teachers said they would probably not go into teaching if they had to decide again. Classroom management is closely linked to issues of motivation, discipline and respect. Methodologies remain a matter of passionate debate amongst teachers; approaches vary depending on the beliefs a teacher holds regarding educational psychology. A large part of traditional classroom management involves behavior modification, although many teachers see using behavioral approaches alone as overly simplistic. Many teachers establish rules and procedures at the beginning of the school year. They also try to be consistent in enforcing these rules and procedures. Many would also argue for positive consequences when rules are followed, and negative consequences when rules are broken. There are newer perspectives on classroom management that attempt to be holistic. One example is affirmation teaching, which attempts to guide students toward success by helping them see how their effort pays off in the classroom. It relies upon creating an environment where students are successful as a result of their own efforts[citation needed]
Classroom management is a must for any teacher. The techniques used with the class should be written down for a substitute to use if needed. It is very difficult to walk into a room full of students that you do not know and somehow command their attention. If techniques are used that are unfamiliar to the students, they will be ineffective.
