* Can read / interprets picture and specification
* Can visualizing form three dimensions project of from design picture
* Understands things related to labour productivity and equipments performance
* Creative and can look for alternative of construction method
* Has ability to communicate good
* Accurate and patient in doing work
* Has knowledge of elementary mathematics
* Has knowledge about operation and field procedure
* Can identify and neutralizes risk
* Can be organizational carefully, submits estimation logically and explains
* Can make or assists construction schedule
* Understands and can apply company work cost systems
* Comprehends contractual relationship
* Can build successful strategy in auction phase and negotiation of project
* Can overcome deadline
* Has high code of ethics standard
